has 3 distinct phases:

Discovery
Includes discovery and design, discovery & validation of in scope infrastructure and networking requirements, review current Azure environment and design AVS environment

Implementation
Includes deploying the AVS platform, work with the customer staff to configure connectivity between the on-premises environment and AVS, Migrating online VMs from DR cluster to AVS, platform testing and As-Configured documentation and knowledge transfer.

Maintenance
Ongoing maintenance to maintain a stable enviroment and lay the foundation to Modernise your applications with Azure native services. You can keep managing your existing environments with the same VMware tools you already know.
